Jacqueline Fernandez is a Sri Lankan actress from Manama, Bahrain and was raised in a multi-ethnic home. Jacqueline's father Elroy is a Sri Lankan (Catholic Sinhalese) and her mother, Kim, a Malaysian. Jacqueline is the youngest of two sisters and a brother who is older. In her teens, she played badminton in national level championships but left her profession in sports to become a fashion model. Padukone is of Mangalorean origin Her mother language is Konkani. Padukone is located situated in Kundapura Taluk located in Udupi located in Karnataka State in India, is where her family is derived from. Prakash Padukone is her father and was a badminton player who has international acclaim. Her mother works as a travel agent.
